Princess Anne joined guests playing a Wii game in the physiotherapy unit at Leuchie House in East Lothian, a unique respite centre for individuals and their carers affected by long-term degenerative conditions.
Her visit last month was a much-needed boost for Leuchie House, which was threatened with closure in 2010 after the MS Society withdrew its funding.
Since then Leuchie House has been formed as an independent charity after a nationwide campaign to keep it open.
