Develop Expertise in Musculoskeletal Injection Therapy
Do you want to develop your practice and enhance your career? Are you thinking about roles as an advanced practitioner; first contact practitioner; lecturer; researcher; clinical specialist or physiotherapy consultant? The Injection Therapy module at Coventry University could be just what you are looking for.
M35PH Musculoskeletal Injection therapy is a well-established, highly regarded module here at Coventry. It runs long and thin over two terms to enable embedding of learning alongside continued University support. On site we teach using injection models and simulated technique to establish skills. Then skills are embedded and applied within a mentored placement. We consider this essential to competent practice. Experienced extended scope clinicians bring their clinical expertise to the learning environment together with academic support from the University . We are passionate about education and the course is delivered in the new Science and Health Building with facilities that create a superb learning environment.
This module will offer professional development in application of advanced skill to enhance your current musculoskeletal practice. It is a 20 credit Masters module and can be taken stand alone or as part of our Masters in Manual Therapy. It runs on 7 mondays from 1st October with a return day in March. We are committed to facilitating the development of highly skilled physios who will have an impact on the delivery of healthcare.
