Do you know a CSP member who has gone above and beyond to support fellow students and apprentices over the academic year? If yes, nominate them for an individual contribution award.
The nominees will be judged on the following criteria:
- involving others
- promoting the physiotherapy profession
- contributing to student life
Tips for nominating
- A word count of 100-200 words per question is recommended
- Provide examples that demonstrate and fulfil the criteria
- Keep your answers concise, but elaborate where necessary
- Include supporting evidence that relates to one or more of your examples
