CSP Annual General Meeting

The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place online and in person at 8am on Tuesday 20 October at the Scottish Event Campus in Glasgow, and is an opportunity for you to hear about CSP’s work, review our performance in the past year, and share what matters to you.

How to take part in the AGM

  1. Register to attend in person and vote at the meeting using your mobile phone
  2. Register to watch and vote virtually via a live broadcast
  3. Register and appoint a proxy voter, who will vote on your behalf if you cannot attend by 09.00am on Tuesday 13 October 2026.

Registration will open by 30 September 2026. The deadline to register and vote in person or virtually is 08.00am on Friday 17 October 2026. You must register by this time to allow your membership status to be verified.

Members are required to register in advance to attend and have their vote counted at the meeting.

Submit a question in advance of the AGM

If you wish to submit a question in advance of the AGM, about any of the resolutions and any aspect of the CSP’s and Council’s activities, please email the governance team by midnight on Monday 5 October 2026.

These will then be answered within the formal AGM.

Q&A with CSP Council and the leadership team

After the AGM concludes, members attending in person are invited to move to the networking zone for an informal 60-minute Q&A session with the council and leadership team.

This is an opportunity for you to ask questions directly to the organisation’s leadership.

The AGM is an important date in the CSP calendar for members to hear about the performance of the CSP and what we have achieved together.

You can send in questions in advance of the meeting about any of the resolutions and any aspect of the CSP’s and council’s activities. Please email the governance team with your questions.

We are a member-led organisation, and this is your opportunity to ensure that your elected council members are leading the profession appropriately and to question us and our leadership team on the performance of the organisation.

Below you will find details of the AGM agenda and all the relevant documents that will be referred to in the meeting, along with explanatory notes on the resolutions and some FAQs.

Please use this opportunity to participate and vote so you can influence the future of the physiotherapy profession. Your engagement is key to ensuring the actions we take in leading the profession and holding the CSP to account as an organisation are as informed as possible.
