The Camden MSK Physiotherapy Service are looking for well-organised and experienced Senior MSK Physiotherapists to deliver quality clinical care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Whilst undertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved.

We are committed to developing and promoting a positive and dynamic image and culture and it is expected that you will contribute to the fostering of productive relationships with key stakeholders such as local GPs and community providers, whilst provide support and training to junior staff and physiotherapy students.

Who are we

Connect Health are one of the largest independent providers of Musculoskeletal (MSK) services in the UK, employing over 200 MSK physiotherapists across the country. Our primary focus is to provide quality, patient-centred care across all our services. We see more patients with MSK problems than any other NHS provider in the UK, and our patient-centred care pathways mean that people see the right clinician, at the right time, in a community-based location that is convenient to them. As an organisation owned and led by clinicians, with over 30 years of experience in delivering services to the NHS, our exclusive focus on MSK allows us to remain innovative and responsive to deliver clinical quality with a patient-centred approach.

Our Service in Camden

The Camden MSK Physiotherapy service is a community-based service which is part of the wider Camden MSK Integrated service. We provide physiotherapy services for both NHS patients referred by their GP with MSK conditions, and MSK patients that choose to self refer. We offer fast and effective physiotherapy-led treatment, all from local and convenient community settings. The team includes MSK Physiotherapists and Rehabilitation Therapists providing care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. The integrated service design allows clinicians to work together to deliver seamless and evidence based care for patients.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll be positive, constructive and approachable, along with being registered with the HCPC, a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and a fully qualified Physiotherapist. We’re looking for you to manage a varied caseload of MSK patients, as well as the ability to work under pressure and being committed to CPD.

You should have the desire to facilitate improvement in yourself and the service. You will have excellent and confident communication skills with both patients and colleagues alike.  You may have experience of working within the NHS, Public or Private Sector, bringing transferrable skills to Connect.

You’ll be positive, constructive and approachable and carry out tasks with fairness and integrity at all times; along with being well organised, conscientious and capable of working collaboratively with the Physiotherapy Team.

The majority of clinical diaries and patient notes are administered electronically and as such you’ll have good IT skills and be willing to embrace innovation and technological advances that improve service delivery.
