Salary Range: £49,478 – £50,840 for 37.5 hours
Who are we?
Holy Cross is a 40 bed, specialist hospital set in beautiful grounds in Haslemere, Surrey with good public transport links, offering treatment, care and rehabilitation for adults with complex neuro-disabilities.
We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic & innovative NeuroPhysiotherapist to join our Hospital in the role of Team Leader to be responsible for providing a highly specialised Physiotherapy service to in-patients with complex neurological conditions. The NeuroPhysio Team Leader will act as a role model to others within the department for clinical and professional leadership; ensuring high standards are achieved by providing the best evidence based practice for our patients.
Successful applicants must be HCPC registered with experience in complex neurodisability management. The Hospital admits patients with various respiratory management needs (ventilator dependent and tracheostomy), disorders of consciousness and knowledge and experience in these fields is highly desirable. Physiotherapists work in a Multi Disciplinary Team, including medical and nursing staff, Occupational, Speech and Language Therapists and Clinical Psychologist.
You will have support to continue your professional development and have access to clinical supervision.
Salary Range: £49,478 – £50,840 for 37.5 hours - Salary will be dependent on experience.
