Salary range: £37,467 to £40,927 per annum

We are currently seeking a Lecturer to join the Physiotherapy team based at our Chichester Campus. As a Physiotherapy Lecturer in the Institute of Sport, Nursing and Allied Health, the working year will be divided between teaching, teaching-related administration, assessment and research. You will contribute to the delivery of Physiotherapy education enhancing the student experience on both Undergraduate and Postgraduate Physiotherapy programmes; providing students with a high-quality, research informed educational experience leading to an understanding of healthcare practice and the achievement of both academic and professional qualifications. You will also contribute to developments in response to the professional and interprofessional agendas, and support collaborations with clinical colleagues to develop and prepare appropriate clinical placements including educational audit and clinical liaison.

You will have a good relevant undergraduate degree with further professional or academic qualifications at Masters level in Physiotherapy; you will be a practicing Physiotherapist currently on HCPC register for minimum of 2 years and will be a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). You will also demonstrate the ability to engage the interest and enthusiasm of students and inspire them to learn. In addition, you will have current experience of working in the NHS and/or HEI.
