The Clinical Lead will demonstrate a sound understanding of the clinical competencies required of the clinical staff within the Brent Community Physiotherapy Service. You will have an ability to think, lead and effectively implement frameworks and services to meet the evolving requirements of the service and patients who access it.

You will be proactive, highly self-motivated and achievement orientated. You will be an inspirational leader who will engage, motivate and develop our clinical team in the Brent Community Physiotherapy Service to maximise clinical excellence. You will be adaptable and capable of of remaining focused to address any challenges in an ever-changing NHS landscape.

You’ll be a people manager with a track record of delivering results in a clinical role.  You’ll be an excellent communicator and an assertive decision maker who is passionate about delivering and maintaining high standards of clinical care and service delivery.
