Requesting articles via Inter-Library loan
If an article isn’t available in the CSP Library, you can request it via Inter-Library Loan using World Cat Discovery. Log in with your membership details, search for the article, expand the search to Libraries Worldwide if needed, then click the title, select ‘Request a copy,’ complete the form, and submit it.
Digital education programme
The CSP has led a multi-agency group in developing the Digital and Data Foundations programme to provide all UK AHPs and students with open access to resources to support the use of informatics in healthcare. It is free to access regardless of your employment sector, career stage, profession or geographical location.
New feature in the EBSCO databases interface
The updated interface for the EBSCO-hosted research databases CINAHL, AMED, and MEDLINE, is now available via the CSP library. It includes a new ‘AI Insights’ feature which generates brief summaries, highlighting two to five key points from each full-text article.
AI principles
The CSP principles to guide members on their use of AI in different settings has been updated, with new sections for different sectors and further guidance based on the most recent evidence.
AI lecture series
Join Dr Jess Morley to think critically about the potential and reality of using AI in healthcare. This lecture series is hosted by the Yale Digital Ethics Centre and is focused on global healthcare, with previous session recordings available freely online.
