Who are we?
We are a specialist multi-conditions community physiotherapy and rehabilitation service for people in their own homes and residential or care home settings. Founded in 2016, we have developed a strong reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate care across South East London and Kent. Our physiotherapists work collaboratively with clients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to ensure that every treatment plan is relevant, personalised and progresses at the right pace for each individual.
We are a specialist team of Chartered Physiotherapists and Physiotherapy Assistants who work with people in their own homes and care settings across South East London and Kent. Meet our team.
What we provide
We provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and build personalised treatment plans to help you achieve your goals. For people with greater needs, we can arrange for two team members to attend — a Physiotherapist with an Assistant, or two Physiotherapists working together. We work collaboratively with clients, families and carers to enhance mobility, manage symptoms and improve quality of life. View our services.
