Your CSP membership package includes Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) and here's what you need to know.

If you are unsure whether to report an incident:

Read the CSP's Insurance and Physiotherapy Practice information paper (see foot of page) to put yourself in the picture
Contact our enquiry team via email enquiries@csp.org.uk or phone 020 7306 6666.
If you then need to go on to make a claim, you can pursue this via Graybrook, the CSP's scheme administrator.

It is a requirement of the policy that you notify the insurers of any 'actual or potential claim or circumstance' that might give rise to a claim against this policy at this address:
