About the Charitable Trust

The research award schemes for 2012 are now open.

The next deadline for education award applications is 1 February 2012.

Qualified and associate members can apply for help towards the cost of academically accredited course fees and related expenses.

Qualified members can also apply for help towards the cost of UK and overseas presentations, overseas development projects and research visits.

Student member can apply for funding towards the costs of spring/summer 2012 overseas elective placements.

All applications are assessed on a competitive basis and it is expected that applications can demonstrate focus on achieving the following priorities:

  • demonstrating patient/public benefit
  • demonstrating physiotherapy leadership
  • demonstrating development as a workforce and profession.

The CSP Charitable Trust was established in 1980 as an independent charitable organisation. It supports the advancement of physiotherapy education and research through annual awards made to members.
