In December 2020, we ran a survey to understand our members' views and experiences of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI). We plan to use the data from this survey to help inform the development of the CSP’s EDI strategy.
As we've decided to take more time to develop our EDI strategy, we don't yet have the full analysis of the data collected in December's EDI survey.
However, we believe it's important to be transparent and share the data we've collected so far. This is why we're publishing the raw responses to the survey here while we continue to work through the full analysis.
We will update this page when we're able to give more context to the responses and explain how this will guide our strategy.
