Optimise 4 Neuro Rehab are a team of 4 Neurological Physiotherapists, who specialise in working with people with a wide range of conditions to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
With a combined total of over 60 years of experience working within the NHS, specialist rehabilitation settings and in peoples' own homes, Optimise have extensive experience working with the following conditions:
Reduced mobility and falls, Stroke, Acquired brain injury, Spinal injury, Adult Cerebral Palsy, Guillain Barre, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons, Motor Neuron Disease, Disorders of Consciousness and Vestibular disease.
Following a thorough initial assessment, Optimise will work with you to help you improve your movement, strength, balance and mobility, whilst managing complications such as spasticity, pain and positioning issues.
