The report has been designed with the expertise of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, the Royal College of Occupational Therapy and College of Podiatry.

As a registered physiotherapist you can use the report to provide information to the employee and the employer on the functional impact of the patient’s reported problem, and suggest options that support the patient to remain in, or return to work.
