Role: GP Advisor / Physiotherapist Advisor / Mental Health Therapist Advisor (to sit on the Clinical Advisory Board)

Remuneration: £ monthly retainer (advised on application)

Introduction

Verve is a new technology-enabled corporate health and wellbeing provider, offering proactive workforce monitoring and clinical interventions to employees.  We work closely with employers to understand and monitor the health of their workforce. Our unique platform will predict or identify those at risk of a preventable or manageable long-term condition and intervene swiftly and effectively.

We specialise in the treatment of mental health, musculoskeletal and other general health concerns.

Purpose of the Board

At Verve, we understand that even with the 25 years’ experience of our parent company SELDOC, which is trusted to deliver urgent care to over 1 million patients in Southeast London, there will always be the opportunity to learn and improve the quality of care.

With this in mind, Verve is establishing a Clinical Advisory Board and we are seeking experienced GP's, Physiotherapists, and Mental Health Therapists to support the delivery of its Primary Care, MSK, and Mental Health Services.

How it works

In the context of Verve’s learning culture, the Clinical Advisory Board’s main functions are to:

• Support the management team by being available to advise, and share relevant experiences and expert knowledge which will help them to minimise the risk of blind-spots in relation to upcoming areas of focus and key developments in care
• Support the development of and influence the Verve brand

There will be no regular formal Board meeting.

Membership

As well as representatives from Verve itself, membership of the Board will consist of:

• GPs
• Physiotherapists
• Mental Health Therapists

Where are we based?

Verve Healthcare HQ is based in Norbiton, South West London, with remote working taking place across the UK. The work of the CAB is expected to be predominantly remote/virtual.
