Who are we?

Connect Health are one of the largest independent providers of Musculoskeletal (MSK), Pain and Rheumatology services in the UK, employing over 400 clinicians across the country. Our primary focus is to provide quality, patient-centred care across all our services. We see more patients with MSK problems than any other NHS provider in the UK, and our patient-centred care pathways mean that people see the right clinician, at the right time, in a community-based location that is convenient to them. As an organisation owned and led by clinicians, with over 30 years of experience in delivering services to the NHS, our exclusive focus allows us to remain innovative and responsive to deliver clinical quality with a patient-centred approach.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll be positive, constructive and approachable, along with being registered with the appropriate professional body (HCPC).  We are looking for you to manage a varied caseload of MSK patients, as well as the ability to work under pressure and being committed to CPD.

You should have the desire to facilitate improvement in yourself and the service. You will have excellent and confident communication skills with both patients and colleagues alike. You may have experience of working within the NHS, Public or Private Sector, bringing transferrable skills to Connect.

You’ll be positive, constructive and approachable and carry out tasks with fairness and integrity at all times; along with being well organised, conscientious and capable of working collaboratively with the team.

The majority of clinical diaries, patient notes and patient support resources are administered electronically and as such you’ll have good IT skills and be willing to embrace innovation and technological advances that improve service delivery.
