We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our Specialist Palliative Care Team at the Marie Curie, Hospice, Cardiff and Vale. Our Marie Curie hospices offer specialist care to people living with any terminal illness, and their families through care, guidance and support to help them get the most from the time they have left.

AFC Band 6 £28,050- £36,644 per annum(pro rata for part-time)
Permanent, Part Time- 22.5 hours per week
As a Physiotherapist with Marie Curie, you’ll be helping people in their time of greatest need. It’s all about giving patients the best possible quality of life. We’ll help you develop your skills to meet individuals’ medical, social, spiritual and emotional needs.
Based at the Marie Curie Hospice, Cardiff and Vale this post offers the opportunity to work with a highly specialist multi-disciplinary team providing care and support for people with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. The emphasis of our work is symptom control, rehabilitation and maintaining quality of life and independence within the specialist palliative care setting.
To be considered for this post you will need to have specialist skills in one or all of the following areas: rehabilitation, respiratory, oncology or palliative care. You will have experience of managing complex caseloads and have excellent communication skills, and must be HCPC registered.
Candidates can continue membership of the NHS pension scheme, subject to eligibility.
