Remuneration range & benefits available:
- Basic salaries starting from £27,000-£32,000 (dependant on experience)
- Hourly rates between £25-£40 for associate positions
- 5% bonus based on personal turnover within clinic (£5-7k monthly revenue equates to £3000- £4200 annual bonus paid in monthly instalments)
- 1% annual bonus based on personal turnover within clinic, paid in arrears the following October (est. £600-820)
- Monthly face-face CPD
- Admin time to manage your caseload and develop the business links for your clinics working in conjunction with our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Personal mentorship time with the SLT
- Gym membership at Ultraflex Gym
The successful candidates will already have HCPC registration, be confident in managing a mixed MSK caseload and would preferably have at least 1 year's post qualification experience, though all applications will be thoughtfully considered.

As a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist, you will work as an autonomous practitioner within the multidisciplinary team, assessing, treating, and managing your own patient caseload.
