Community Out-Patient Pelvic Obstetric & Gynae (Ladies/Gents)
The Isle of Wight NHS Trust is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist (Band 7) to join the Msk Physiotherapy Team as the team’s clinical specialist for Pelvic Obstetric & Gynae (Ladies/Gents) conditions. The post could be flexible; Full Time or Part Time/Job Share.
The post offers an opportunity for personal and professional development within an established service; supported by informed assistants. The post seeks an enthusiastic applicant willing to evolve the service with the support of integrated services such as Maternity, Obs. & Gynae. Good initiative, interdisciplinary working and independent working are important elements.
The post holder will be HCPC registered, have UK NHS experience and requires evidence of comprehensive post-graduate experience within the specialism. Developing colleagues or students on placement also forms part of the role. Our service offers a commitment to supporting ongoing professional development as well as a supportive, friendly network of colleagues.
The Isle of Wight offers a good work/life balance for those interested in nature, culture and many outdoor activities. Traffic congestion is rare. There are good mainland transport links, many people commute between the island and the mainland and vice versa on a daily basis. The island is a fantastic place to live, especially if you like the outdoors and wonderful beaches.
It may be possible for the successful candidate to gain assistance with relocation costs, upon appointment.
