As a Physiotherapist, you will be an integral part of our multi-disciplinary healthcare team. We have developed a new integrated approach to the provision of care that will meet the needs of our patient group. Our teams within healthcare will work together at each stage of the patient journey, supporting them as they arrive in HMP Five Wells (Early Days in Custody Team), delivering the care they need, promoting good health and supporting resettlement (Planned Care Team) and responding to urgent and emergency needs (Unscheduled Care Team). Whatever your clinical interests and experience, a role in HMP Five Wells will enable you to use and develop your skills and provide opportunities to expand your scope of clinical practice.

We have a Part Time position available, for 12 hours per week which is a great way to add some diversity within your working week.

 

There is no on-call or weekend work to allow for excellent work life balance.
 

About You

 

You have expert clinical skills and the ability to work independently, demonstrating judgement in assessing and managing wide ranging and complex patient problems that patients will present with. You will work in partnership with other health care professionals, ensuring the clinical team works cohesively and effectively to deliver a high standard of patient care. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be willing to learn and develop.

 

You will be a HCPC registered Physiotherapist with post-registration experience assessing and treating MSK conditions in an outpatient setting.
