About the role - January start
We are looking for enthusiastic, well-organised, ambitious Physiotherapists to join our team within our Nottingham Service, delivering high quality clinical care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Whilst undertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, you will formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved. The role may involve delivering telephone subjective assessments, running group sessions, delivering exercise rehabilitation out of local gyms and providing face to face physiotherapy sessions. This role will incorporate our Accelerated Development Programme (ADP) which has been designed to to enable Physiotherapist’s, to develop a high level of musculoskeletal clinical reasoning skill, confidence and professional decision making.
You’ll be fully supported as you progress through the accelerated development programme and receive expert guidance, regular supervision as well as our standard in service training programme.
The programme consists of weekly 3 hour sessions of teaching (within contracted hours), delivered in a relaxed and informal manner. There is a large practical element as well as time for discussion, clinical reasoning and patient case reflection within the group. At the end of the programme a formal assessment will be conducted and if passed will facilitate further development opportunities as per our career pathways.
