We are an established private MSK physiotherapy clinic, located in the village of Somersham, near Cambridge. Following demand from our clients for us to be able to offer greater appointment choice and flexibility, we are expanding our team. We are looking for an MSK physiotherapist to join us, preferably with 2-3 years relevant clinical experience.
Currently we can offer 15 hours per week, but this does have potential to significantly and quickly increase as your case load does. Our client base is of mixed age and interests, giving us an enjoyable caseload with a wide variety of MSK conditions. Our clients come from self referral, medico-legal referral and private healthcare referrals. They are loyal and rightly have high expectations of the standard of care delivered within our practice. Our core values are providing an excellent standard of evidence based treatment in a very patient centred environment. We enjoy excellent working relationships with local GPs and consultants and are excited to be expanding our company, looking forward to welcoming the right new member to our team.
As a team we currently have physios, sports therapists and sports massage practitioners working on site. We enjoy a relaxed but highly professional atmosphere in the clinic, where CPD is actively encouraged and shared among the team. The right candidate will bring with them excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication (both verbal and written) skills, a desire to meet client expectations, have efficient organisational skills and be a team player. HCPC and CSP registration is required, and acupuncture training would be advantageous but not essential. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing their own case load and working independently to a high standard in line with HCPC and CSP guidelines. It would be an ideal opportunity for someone wanting to supplement their existing income, or build on previous MSK experience. Ideally the successful applicant will be able to offer either one early morning, one late evening or a Saturday clinic, but we are open to discussion with regards to when the hours can be worked.
