Lecturer Practitioners in Physiotherapy

We are able to offer a total of 1.5 FTE for the above roles. Whilst ideally this would be two separate roles, one as a full-time role (35 hours per week) and the other is part time (17.5 hours per week), we are open to discussing a lower FTE, up to a total of 1.0 FTE for one candidate. We would therefore encourage candidates looking for any level of FTE to apply and state your preferred hours in your application form. 

Grade 7: £34,304.00 to £42,149.00 including the discretionary points (pro-rated depended on FTE)

We are looking for a physiotherapist, with a clinical background in neurological or cardiorespiratory physiotherapy to develop and deliver high quality learning and teaching to the Integrated Masters in Physiotherapy programme at Plymouth Marjon University.

You must be a registered physiotherapist of the Health & Care Professions Council and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, with experiences working in the National Health Service.

You will be joining a team of highly motivated multi-disciplinary professionals, duties will include:

  • Module leadership developing and managing teaching specific modules across all academic years
  • Contributing to all areas of academic practice such as personal development tutoring (PDT), placement development and support, knowledge exchange and/or research activities.
  • Contributing to delivery and development of our onsite physiotherapy and wellbeing clinics.
