Richmond Physiotherapy is looking for a highly experienced Women’s Health Physiotherapist to join our growing team of dynamic and friendly clinicians.
You will be taking over an already well-established Women’s Health service which has been running successfully for a number of years. We have excellent Consultants links throughout the London area and are greatly valued by our local GP’s, midwifery and health visitor services.
The successful applicant will have experience in managing a specialist clinical caseload of patients with ‘Women’s Health’ and Gynaecological problems. You must be able to work autonomously whilst demonstrating advanced clinical reasoning skills. You must also take responsibility for own clinical standards ensuring the appropriate use of outcome measures and evidence-based practice at all times.
The role will initially be on part-time and self-employed basis with the opportunity to increase hours as your caseload expands. Flexible working hours and an excellent remuneration package (circa £21-30K based on 18 hour week) is available for the right candidate.
Essential requirements:
• Degree in physiotherapy
• HCPC registered
• Substantial experience working within women’s health
• Competent treating obstetric patients
• Experience of vaginal examinations
• Pilates experience preferred
• To provide Mummy MOT’s/ post-natal assessments
• A desire to help us expand our Women’s Health services further in the future
