Clinical Lead Physiotherapist and Physiotherapy Team manager –
Grade F (Livability pay scales), equivalent to an 8A.
Full/Part Time up to 35 hours per week
Actual salary for 35 hours per week, term time only - £36,944.00 per annum
This includes –
- 1 week training
- 1 week planning + preparation
- 5.79 weeks paid holiday
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy team. This role is well established and ideally suited to someone who wants to combine management and clinical leadership whilst maintaining clinical skills. Working in conjunction with the Head of Therapies the successful candidate will lead the delivery of the Physiotherapy Services in line with Livability’s strategic direction, ensuring the delivery of high value, student centred, responsive and efficient therapeutic input.
The post holder will be required to work closely with the other therapy leads across the service and will be responsible for service delivery by the Physiotherapist and assistants. They will provide expert clinical knowledge and professional leadership within the field of Physiotherapy.
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills, as well as an understanding of the different professional roles and responsibilities is essential, along with experience in management and an innovative approach to service development. We require you to be HCPC registered with a degree in Physiotherapy.
We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, organised and adaptable person who enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team to join the Physiotherapy team.
Nash is a further education College for young people who have a range of diagnosis including Autistic Spectrum Disorder and associated behavioural needs as well as Severe Learning Disabilities and Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities with associated complex physical needs.
Experience of working in the fields of learning disability/complex needs and experience in hydrotherapy, seating and complex postural management is required.
Experience of rebound therapy would be desirable.
