The CSP is inviting members to share their views about the organisation and its role in supporting individuals and the profession by taking part in its annual members’ survey.
The online questionnaire focuses on key areas including professional and support services, the membership experience and communications. This yearly research is an important piece of work, aimed at gathering insight to inform the development of the CSP’s offer to members.
Last year’s survey results revealed increases in member satisfaction and value for money since the previous survey. And members’ views on the ways we communicate have resulted in changes and improvements to member communications activity, making it more relevant and effective.
Win a £250 voucher
This year’s survey was emailed to all members last night. Further reminders will be sent before the survey closes at midnight, 18 February. It takes around 10 minutes to complete and, as a thank you, participants can choose to enter into a draw to win a £250 John Lewis voucher.
