Green light for cystic fibrosis treatments

Final draft guidance on treating lung infections in people with cystic fibrosis in certain circumstances has been published by NICE.

The guidance covers two powders for inhalation – colistimethate sodium and tobramycin – that clinicians can use to treat some lung infections in people with the inherited condition.
