Trade unionists and government ministers from Singapore visited the CSP’s headquarters in June.
They met Lesley Mercer, the TUC president and the CSP’s director of employment relations and union services, Natalie Beswetherick, CSP director of practice and development, and other CSP representatives to discuss union activities.
The delegation heard how the CSP engages with and retains professional members.
Meanwhile, the CSP has updated a guide for members wanting to work in Singapore after the country introduced mandatory registration for physiotherapists and other allied health professionals earlier this year.
The guide includes details on how to apply for registration, and what qualifications and other documentation are needed.
