Around 1,300 delegates and visitors descended on Manchesters Central Convention Centre for the 2008 CSP Congress, which took place on 17 and 18 October.
The flagship event offered a line-up of world-class speakers, cutting edge research and topical debates, with the chance for delegates to boost their continuing professional development. The new-look programme was this year organised into subject strands – neurology, musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, and health, work and well-being – to give greater appeal across the profession. Delegates also had the opportunity to visit the popular and innovative world café and workshop sessions, view poster presentations and browse the products and services of over 60 exhibitors from the UK and overseas. Here we conclude our coverage of the event, which began in the previous issue, 5 November.
