Learn new mindful, effective relaxing evidence based exercises excellent for rehabilitation. The content of this course is exactly the same as the face-to-face course (see www.taichiexercises.co.uk) although the presentation will obviously be different online. It consists of four 2-hour classes over a month. Upon joining, you will have full access to the Members’ Area where you will find a downloadable PDF course booklet, a 10-minute video accompanying each of the Zoom seminars, and a selection of video case studies. Each lesson will be recorded for your future reference and will be available in the Members Area. The course relies on attendees sharing personal experiences of using the exercises in practical settings, so attendance at each of the seminars is important.
