The CSP responded to the fee consultation of the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) in December 2018. The response raises concerns about the fee increases proposed by the HCPC, identifies how the regulator should seek to be more efficient in performing its functions, and highlights the risks and unintended consequences that could arise from significant fee increases.
