This course is developed for physiotherapists that have already certified in an in-person course to perform dry needling but would like to improve their clinical reasoning and technical skill with IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation), a specific form of dry needling developed by Dr. Chan Gunn in Vancouver Canada and further refined by Brent Stevenson of Envision Physiotherapy and WhyThingsHurt.com
The course is a video based resource that is broken down into body part categories for assessment, client education and specific treatment techniques. It is designed to improve a physiotherapists skill and confidence utilizing dry needling because not every clinician has a mentor in the clinic after taking a weekend course.
