The CSP West Midlands Regional Network is delighted to welcome Rachael Moses, Consultant Respiratory Physiotherapist and Head Clinical Leadership Development at the NHS Leadership Academy and Ashwin Upadhya, Respiratory Physiotherapist and EDI Co-champion at the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Respiratory Care (ACPRC) who will be presenting at the event.
They will cover topics including:
- What is Microaggressions
- Examples of Microaggressions
- The effects of experiencing Microaggressions
- How we can challenge back against Microaggressions in the workplace
There will also be a chance to ask questions and engage in facilitated discussion on key points raised in the presentations.
