Thank you from CSP's President, Baroness Finlay of Llandaff

It was my pleasure to welcome over 100 CSP members to the Society’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) that was held virtually for the first time at 17.30 on Wednesday 2 December 2020.

I expressed my sincere thanks to all member physiotherapists and support workers for all their work throughout the pandemic for those who have suffered from Covid-19, whilst still maintaining their very important services of treatment and rehabilitation to those with other non-Covid conditions.

At the meeting  the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Karen Middleton presented the 2019 Impact Report and accounts. Even though 2019 may seem like a long time ago after the unprecedented year we have experienced, it is a requirement to inform the membership at the AGM what the CSP has done in the previous year and to present the accounts.

The Chair of Council Alex Mackenzie then shared her reflections on 2020.

The draft minutes of the meeting held on the 2 December 2020 are attached below for members' review, along with a message from our Patron, Her Majesty The Queen, and the 2019 Impact Report and Statement of Accounts.
