Reshma Patel

Reshma is a clinical business unit manager, managing specialist services in the community. She has extensive experience in MSK management both in the NHS and private sector. She has a keen interest in leadership and management and is keen to develop leadership skills from the outset. Reshma graduated from Essex University in 2008 and completed her MSc in advanced neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy at King's College London in 2012. She is currently undergoing her MBA training at the University of Hertfordshire.

Sylvia Wojciechowski 

Sylvia is currently working as the lead advanced practice physiotherapist and orthopaedic strategy lead at Frimley Health Foundation Trust. She is also the programme lead for MSK across Frimley Health and Care system.

An injury in her early twenties meant Sylvia needed a change of direction and so she chose physiotherapy, a decision which she has never regretted. Sylvia has worked in both the private sector and the NHS and has over 18 years’ experience as an MSK advanced practice physiotherapist.

Sylvia’s current leadership role allows her to work across boundaries with a wide range of stakeholders proudly promoting the value of our profession as well as other AHP roles and is passionate about working collaboratively for the benefit of all.

Lynne Mann

Lynne Mann

Lynne is allied health professions lead for Dumfries and Galloway Community Health and Social Care Partnership. Lynne provides professional leadership for the physiotherapists across community services. Previously Lynne was an orthopaedic physiotherapy team lead. Lynne is enthusiastic about service and quality improvement, undertaking service improvement roles both nationally and locally. Lynne led national on areas of work including day of care surveys, and criteria-led discharge. Locally, she provided programme and project management to unscheduled care and enhanced recovery. Lynne’s interests include frailty, falls, community rehabilitation and physical activity. Lynne joined the committee in November 2021.

Philip Hulse

Philip Hulse

Philip is team lead of outpatient therapy at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He has been active in CSP membership since he became a CSP workplace steward in 1998 and West Midlands regional steward from 2003-2009. He has been a member of the West Midlands Network since 2003 and was a CSP Council member from 2007-2018. During his time on Council, Philip chaired the finance committee, the communications committee and the membership review working group, and was vice-chair of the industrial relations committee and the National Group of Regional Stewards. Philip was also vice-chair of Council from 2015-2018 – in this role, he represented the CSP in all four countries of the UK and overseas at the EWCPT and ISCP Conferences.

Sarah Jennings

Sarah Jennings (Chair)

Sarah is deputy head of clinical effectiveness across adult community service for Blackpool Teaching Hospital NHS Trust. She leads improvement projects across multiple professions working towards the reduction of harms, improved clinical outcomes and a skilled, competent and resilient workforce. Previously, Sarah was a specialist physiotherapist in neurological rehabilitation, particularly within the field of spasticity management, including carrying out botulinum toxin injections and teaching on a master's programme for neurological injection therapy. She was on the CSP student executive committee while training and has been a CSP steward and a member of her local Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology (ACPIN) committee.

Donall Curtin

Donall Curtin

Donall is an experienced accountant, board director and business leader with background in finance, corporate governance, audit and risk management and who is highly skilled with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Board directorships include Green Effects Investments, Arts Council, Office of Government Procurement, Irish College Leuven, Early Childhood Ireland. Donall founded one of Ireland’s leading accountancy practices and has considerable experience of serving on audit and risk committees, both in private and public sectors.

Donall is a strong advocate of ensuring that best practice and good corporate governance exist within the boardroom and ensuring relevant structures within businesses to facilitate adoption of organisational values throughout. 

By providing strategic advisory services to many organisations, Donall brings a unique combination of business/accountancy knowledge and a deep knowledge of the professional membership sector to the provision of solutions for many organisations.
