The purpose of this new CSP briefing is to:
- Provide definitions of AQP and Competitive Tender
- Set out the context of AQP implementation in England
- Provide a timetable and specifications for the phased implementationof AQP
- Signpost members to available resources
- Identify the implications of AQP implementation including national implementation packs
- Provide guidance on actions needed.
