The ‘Any Qualified Provider’ (AQP) approach being adopted for NHS-funded services in England has the potential to change beyond recognition the professional working arrangements and employment conditions of CSP members.

Please note: before March 2011, 'Any Qualified Provider' was known as 'Any Willing Provider'. Any reference to AWP can be read as now referring to AQP.

This briefing, produced in March 2011, introduces Any Qualified Provider following the government's proposed changes to the NHS in England.
