What BMI physios need to do about new offer

BMI Healthcare has issued a revised offer on changes to staff terms and conditions.

The details are contained in letter that you should have all received by email from the employee representative group (including the CSP, RCN and SoR). Please do read it - but is also available as a document link below.

We want to make sure CSP members employed by BMI Hospitals:

  1. understand the new offer
  2. recognise what this means for you and your colleagues in terms of your work and remuneration
  3. understand that the employee representative group do not recommend this offer and have asked BMI to reconsider by increasing Mon-Fri overtime and weekend enhancement rates that have been proposed.

Unless you want these proposals to be implemented it is vital that you take part in the consultation and let BMI know what you feel about the proposals:

  • how it will impact on your decisions to work overtime, and work weekends?
  • how these proposals impact on your perception of BMI as an employer?

Getting in touch

The CSP wants to communicate directly with all its members in BMI hospitals. It is urging all BMI physios to make sure they have filed information about their employer on their CSP member profile.

Members can update their account information on this website or contact the CSP Enquiries Team (ET) by phone on 020 7306 6666 or email
