As a union, the CSP has been involved in ensuring physiotherapy staff have a voice through suitable partnership arrangements, and in seeking assurances on employment standards and protections for NHS services and funding.
The CSP has been working closely with the TUC and other health unions and has participated in, or had input into a number of high level meetings with decision-makers.
In December the North West TUC signed a Partnership Agreement with the City of Manchester on devolution, which makes commitments on employment terms and conditions.

What can CSP members do?
Members who are likely to be affected by the proposed changes should contact their regional steward if it is about NHS workplace terms and conditions.
If you work outside the NHS and have concerns, or if you wish to provide any other feedback, please contact the CSP Enquiries Team (ET) on 020 7306 6666 or email email@example.com
