The Allied Health Professions Research Network was launched in London London on Tuesday 7th June 2011.

The AHPRN is a development of the National Physiotherapy Research Network (NPRN), which was launched in 2005 following a CSP call for research champions.

The book Getting involved in research: a pocket guide was developed by the NPRN to help develop research capacity and capability across the profession.
