Use this page to get help and support in using your ePortfolio account.

Interactive Help Directory

Pebble have created a help directory, with screenshots, video tutorials, FAQs, a glossary, and written guidance. We have also added CSP-specific material.

You can access the help directory from within your ePortfolio account, by clicking the '?' in the top right hand corner of each screen.

Technical Problems

If you are having technical problems, please check the system requirements. If this does not solve your problem, please contact the CSP’s ePortfolio team via email:

If you cannot see the login button on the 'my ePortfolio' page, please check that you are logged into the CSP website, and that this account is linked to your CSP membership. Please see below for help logging in to the CSP's website. If you still require help, please contact us via email:

Problems logging in to the CSP’s website

To access your ePortfolio account, you must be logged into your CSP website member account, but please note the following:

  • if you cannot remember your password - you will need to reset your password
  • if you cannot remember your username or your password then please send an email to our enquiries team requesting a reminder of your login details. Ensure that you include the code mphjo in the email message along with details of your name, CSP membership number, your date of birth and the year you joined the CSP to confirm your identity. We will be unable to send you a reminder without all of this information.
  • if your CSP membership has lapsed you will need to renew your CSP membership to regain access: please contact our Enquiry Handling Unit by phone on 020 7306 6666.
  • If you have recently qualified and have not yet joined CSP as a fully qualified member you will need to join the Society as a qualified member to regain access. Please contact our Enquiry Handling Unit on 020 7306 6666.
