We offer Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy to adults with neurological conditions throughout Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas.
Whether you require intensive rehabilitation after a recent neurological event or help to manage a long term condition we can guide you through your journey, offering tailor made treatment programmes to reach your desired goals.
We offer treatment for conditions such as Stroke, Acquired brain injuries, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, and many other Neurological conditions.
The team at Access to rehab have a combined total of over 60 years experience in neurological rehabilitation, so whether you require single professional or multiple professional assessment or treatment, contact our friendly team to discuss your needs and we will be happy to help. We have physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Assistants and work closely with Speech Therapists and Clinical Psychologists.
We offer treatment in your own home and if required out in your local community or workplace, increasing your confidence and maximising your independence.
We work closely with case managers to offer individual treatment programmes and carer training.
