Physio in the City, which has four clinics in central and east London, received the WhatClinic’s 2017 Patient Service Award earlier this year.

Physiotherapist and practice owner Jill Dean told Frontline: ‘Less than two per cent of clinics [listed on WhatClinic.com] win the award each year, and we couldn’t be prouder of our team. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of Physio in the City and to receive such positive feedback is fantastic.’

WhatClinic.com lists more than 120,000 doctors, dentists, physiotherapists and other health care clinics from 135 countries around the globe.

Its annual patients service awards are presented to clinics that demonstrate a clear and measurable commitment to patient service, based on an analysis of consumer feedback from Whatclinic.com patients over a 12-month period.

Customers rated clinics based on measures including:

  • how well the clinic treated them
  • how quickly they were contacted
  • how quickly they were seen
  • how happy they were with the treatment
