PhysioWorksNI's staff include four physiotherapists, a massage therapist, a reflexologist, pilates and yoga teachers, a podiatrist/chiropodist, part time practice manager and two part time receptionists.

Dr Stephen Farry, minister for employment and learning, said IiP presented all organisations with the opportunity to improve performance. 'The message is clear - Investors in People specialises in transforming business performance through people.'

Hard work

PhysioWorksNI director of physiotherapy and pilates Debbie Matchett said: 'It was quite a bit of hard work but we're very proud to have achieved such an award.

'I found IiP really useful for running a  business, putting the structure together.

'We strive to always offer not only an excellent standard of treatment for our patients but also a high level of customer care. For this a team of skilled, motivated therapists and admin staff are required.'
