Get Up and Go for Older People's Day

Chartered physiotherapists celebrated active living on Older People’s Day (OPD) this October by hosting wellbeing events across the UK to reduce the chances of a fall in later life.

The CSP's new Get Up and Go animation demonstrates simple exercises to help you maintain strength and stability. Keeping fit and well now and into the future will help you reduce your risk of a fall.


The exercises in the video are widely used by physios to help build strength and balance.
