Nominations for a Distinguished Service Award will be considered for members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and past and present staff of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy who have contributed outstanding service to the Society or excellence in an area of service to the benefit of others over a minimum ten year period.
Nominators must be members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
