[Awaiting moderation] Supervised Exercise for Intermittent Claudication patients

Hello,

I am interested to hear from any team who includes patients with PAD. I have inherited the service from a colleague of mine and it will now form part of our cardiac rehabilitation service, although, i will be running the I.C. class as a stand alone session for now.

I would really appreciate it if anyone could let me know -

What their referral pathway looks like?

What type of functional capacity tests people are using?

How many sessions do you provide?

How many times per week?

How many months do you follow-up for?

Type of circuit stations?

Any referral pathways into Exercise referral or similar?

Any relevant specialist interest groups for this area?

I have received a lot of inforamtion from the Scottish Physiotherapy amputee Research group who have excellent guidleines (hard copy only) and ACPICR standards but would be interested to se what people are doing in practice,

Thanks

Hannah
