- Click the ‘Log in’ link located above the search box in the upper right of the website. Alternatively scroll down to the ‘User Login’ form at the bottom left of every page.
- Click on the ’Create a new account’ link.
- Fill out your details - for CSP members this includes your membership number and date of birth.
- Accept the Terms of Service for the site and 'Submit' the form.
- If you are a member, your details will be checked against our database, and you’ll be advised if they don’t match the records we have. Get in touch if you have any problems.
- Your password and further instructions will be sent to your e-mail address.
- Check your inbox and find the email from CSP. This contains a link to validate your account.
- Click on the validation link. You’ll be taken to the site and asked to choose a password for your account.
- If you don’t receive the email, first check your junk mail folder. If you have no success please call our Enquiry Handling Unit on 020 7306 6666 and they will help you to complete the process.
- CSP members please note: you will have to validate your profile and membership details the first time you login.
- You will then be given the opportunity to set up your website account, for example, subscribe to networks and regions.
- Your account is all set up and ready to use.
