Communication tool in the pipeline for researchers

An online resource to help researchers network with healthcare professionals and each other is to be launched.

The CSP's Physiotherapy Researchers Directory will list physiotherapy researchers, along with details of their interests and experience, providing a valuable communication tool.

The directory will be quick and easy to use, allowing people to contact each other, rapidly submit information and update their details as often as they want, said CSP research adviser Gabrielle Rankin.

'For CSP members, it is an opportunity to promote themselves and their research.'

The directory is due to go live on the CSP website at the beginning of May.

'We want it to have lots of people in it by then, because once it goes live it will be open access for anyone to search,' said Ms Rankin.

CSP members who are involved in research, at any level, are invited to create online directory profiles in advance of the launch.

To enter your details log on to your account page on this site.

Select the option 'add your researcher profile' in the 'your directory entries' section.
